We are in search of a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Washington. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. They will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from initial planning and budgeting to final completion and delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget

Oversee all phases of the construction process, including planning, design, procurement, and execution

Manage project budget and expenses, working closely with stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects to ensure smooth and efficient project execution

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues or delays

Maintain communication with all stakeholders throughout the project to provide updates on progress and address any concerns

Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations

Implement safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all employees

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques

Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Experience working on large scale construction projects is preferred

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Salary: The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
