2027 Internship - Customer Support EngineerAs an intern with Textron, you'll gain hands-on experience while exploring your interests and building new skills. You'll be supported and challenged to contribute in meaningful ways – working on real projects alongside experienced professionals to prepare for future success.To provide technical and engineering coordination between the customer, Marketing and Engineering/Manufacturing. Prepares technical proposals and problem summaries for company wide usage. Provides Service facilities, Field Service personnel and aircraft operators with technical assistance regarding all Fleet Programs.Prepare technical data and problem summaries from field reports and inspection summaries to brief marketing, engineering and manufacturing functions on field problems. Sustain technical files of existing and potential product improvements and serialized production changes. Analyze discrepancy reports concerning Textron Aviation Fleet Program products. Coordinates corrective action with Manufacturing. Acts as liaison between Field Service and Manufacturing on customer problems and corrective measures. Support the on-site assistance at company owned service centers and independent service stations during investigation of unique aircraft problems or prototype installation. Assist with the preparation of technical programs for operators conferences and technical seminars. Support the team and assist with the coordination of equipment suppliers to achieve maximum reliability from installed equipment on Textron Aviation products.Pursuing Bachelor's degree in: Aircraft Management, Aerospace Engineering, Avionics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related field. Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Good computer skills.
