If you're great at reading people, making recommendations, and solving problems behind the bar or in customer service, you already have what it takes to succeed here. At Art of Drawers, Design Associates use those same skills to help clients solve frustrating home storage issues with custom solutions. No design degree required.

What You Get

Pay Upgrade: $80-$120/hour (up to 18% commission rate per job)

Monthly Bonuses: Based upon performance

Flexible Schedule: Work the days you want (e.g., Tuesdays - Thursdays)

Mostly Field Work: 90% client homes, 10% home office (no standing behind a counter all day)

What You’ll Do

Meet clients at their homes to understand their storage frustrations

Recommend custom solutions that actually solve their problems (consultative, not pushy sales)

Follow up with your client base to ensure they're happy and refer friends

Coordinate with the team and manage your appointments
