Job Description

The model drives the line. As CNC Mill Machine Operator at our Dallas plant, you run the machines that cut, punch and label every profile to 0.5 mm — the precision that lets parts coordinate so the field doesn’t have to.

What you'll do

  • Set up and operate CNC mills and roll-forming equipment from digital job files.
  • Hold tolerances to 0.5 mm and verify first-article and in-process parts.
  • Perform tool changes, offsets and routine machine maintenance.
  • Read CAD/CAM output and translate it to clean, labeled output.
  • Keep the line running safely and to schedule.

What you bring

  • 2+ years operating CNC mills, routers or roll-forming lines.
  • Able to read CAD/CAM job files and measure to tight tolerance.
  • Comfortable with tool changes, offsets and basic G-code edits.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a safety-first mindset.
