Salesforce Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design and lead scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and OmniStudio. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and ensure solutions align with business and enterprise requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce solution architecture, design, and implementation across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and OmniStudio.

Develop solution designs, business process maps, data models, and architectural documentation.

Define and optimize Salesforce security, sharing, data architecture, automation, and integration patterns.

Provide expertise in Salesforce Flow, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Platform, APIs, and integrations.

Design scalable solutions while considering Salesforce governor limits, performance, and platform best practices.

Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices using tools such as Copado.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.

Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

15+ years of Salesforce experience, including 5+ years in a Salesforce Architect role.

Strong hands‑on expertise with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and OmniStudio.

Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, data model, security model, and sharing architecture.

Strong experience with Flow, Apex, SOQL, APIs, integrations, and automation design patterns.

Experience with DevOps/deployment tools such as Copado.

Strong understanding of platform limits, performance optimization, and scalability.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect
