Electrical Preventive Maintenance Technician

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring an Electrical Preventive Maintenance Technician to support semiconductor fab facility work for a growing general contractor supporting TSMC P1 projects in North Phoenix. This role is ideal for a junior electrical or facilities technician with hands‑on maintenance experience who is comfortable working in a safety‑driven, fast‑changing project environment.

Position: Electrical Preventive Maintenance Technician

Location: North Phoenix, AZ | TSMC Area

Type: Full‑Time | Contract

Schedule: Project Schedule | Overtime as Needed

Pay Range: $27–$32/hr

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

Support electrical preventive maintenance activities on semiconductor fab/facility systems.

Perform equipment rounds, readings, inspections, and basic maintenance checks.

Assist with facility operation activities under supervision.

Report abnormal equipment conditions, safety concerns, or maintenance issues.

Follow site safety requirements, including PPE, LOTO, and electrical safety procedures.

Work around controlled environments, cleanroom/fab areas, and active construction or facility zones.

Qualifications

2+ years of industrial, manufacturing, facilities, semiconductor, cleanroom, data center, or similar experience preferred.

Basic electrical or facility maintenance knowledge required.

Comfortable working in a semiconductor fab/project site environment.

Familiarity with PPE, LOTO, and electrical safety practices.

NFPA 70E, CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred or obtainable.

Bilingual Mandarin/English is a plus, but not required.

Previous TSMC, UIS, or semiconductor construction/facility experience is a plus.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
