If you're passionate about recovery and want to impact others in a meaningful way - we warmly invite you to join our growing family!What You'll DoRegularly inspect facility, equipment and property for defects,Assist with any building renovations/ repairs, both interior and exteriorAssist with any technical difficulties (video calls, internet service, equipment maintenance etc.)Perform outside custodial duties (gardening, snow removal etc.)Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists to ensure proper building and equipment maintenanceWhat We're Looking ForHigh School diploma or GED preferredIf in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.Innovative, strong worker with ability to problem solve and multitaskGeneral knowledge of carpentry and repairWhere You'll WorkAvenues Recovery Center at Indianapolis is a residential facility which offers inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation services as well as withdrawal management.
