Help Desk Technician (Onsite - Whittier, CA)

Temporary Assignment/Strong possibility of Temp to Hire

Pay: $34 to 40 per hour DOE

We’re hiring a Help Desk Technician for a temporary onsite role with a company located in Whittier. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Windows and Office 365 experience looking to support end users in a fast-paced, hands-on IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tech support for computers, phones, printers, routers, switches, and mobile devices

Troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues

Install and upgrade equipment, software, and systems

Support Office 365, Windows, and network access rights

Maintain system records, backups, and asset inventory

Assist users and train on basic IT tools

Monitor and respond to incoming help desk requests

What You’ll Need:

2 to 4 years’ experience in IT support or help desk role

Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365

Hands-on experience with hardware setup, network support, and troubleshooting

Strong communication and customer service skills

Valid CA Driver’s License

Work Conditions:

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

Some physical activity required (e.g., bending, reaching, standing)

May be required to respond to after-hours support needs

Local candidates only – must be able to work onsite in Whittier, CA.
