Job Description

Texas Instruments in Texas leads a Test Lead for Programmable Logic cores, owning the test strategy and execution across product families. You will collaborate with design, systems, and manufacturing teams to enable scalable production and cost-efficient validation.

Design ATE hardware boards, generate test plans, and build qual, char, and production tests on ATE platforms. You will analyze results, debug issues, and coordinate with remote production teams to release robust test solutions.
