Job Summary
We’re looking for a STEPS CRM Admin who enjoys building smart solutions and turning user needs into seamless Salesforce experiences.
What you’ll do:
Build and support case management workflows and knowledge bases
Translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions
Create reports and dashboards that drive decisions
Improve processes and support omni-channel service tools
What you bring:
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
Web-to-Case, Phone-to-Case, Chat-to-Case & case escalation
Agentforce and reporting/dashboard experience
Experience Cloud is a plus!
