Job Description

Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring our warehouse's smooth handling of materials and products. This position involves receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping raw materials and finished goods while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in their work.Requirements:Material Handling: Safely receive, inspect, and store raw materials, components, and finished products.Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer and production requirements.Inventory Management: Accurately track and maintain inventory levels, including conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage or defects, ensuring they meet quality standards.Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.Safety Compliance: Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines and procedures.Collaboration: Aid in other departments as needed by the supervisor.Minimum Background, Experience, and RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment preferred.Strong desire to learn on the job.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Deadline-driven and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Reliable, good work ethic, and high integrity.Skills RequiredSoftware: ERP or WMS software (e.g., Infor Visual, RF Plus) preferred.Shipping Platforms: Familiarity with UPS, DHL, and FedEx.Tools: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and domestic shipping processes.Schedule8-hour shiftMonday to FridayCompensation & BenefitsPay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k) with Employer MatchingHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life insurancePaid time off (PTO)Referral programNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
