Job Description

Supporting Major Commodity Programs, the full-time CMMS Coordinator will manage data accuracy within the CMMS Database (Corrigo), oversee Contract Amendment Requests, and provide progress reports while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage data scheduling and oversight of Contract Amendment Requests (CARs) Provide daily and weekly progress updates on CARs, invoices, and outstanding work orders Maintain and update Specialty Dispatch tables and respond to inquiries in the shared mailbox Required qualifications BA/BS degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience Proficient experience in Excel and data management Experience communicating with all levels of management Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to process improvement Ability to take ownership and problem-solve in a timely manner
