QA Engineer – Terabit (Networking / ISP Platform)We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of Terabit-scale networking and ISP platforms. The role involves testing APIs, backend systems, monitoring tools, and high-throughput data services used in large-scale network environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform manual and API testing for Terabit networking platformsValidate high-throughput APIs, data pipelines, and backend servicesTest network-related workflows such as provisioning, billing, usage tracking, and monitoringVerify system performance, latency, and reliability under loadValidate logs, metrics, and alerts using monitoring tools (Datadog / Grafana / ELK)Perform regression, integration, and smoke testing across releasesTest deployments across Dev, QA, Staging, and Production environmentsCollaborate with Network, DevOps, and Backend teams to identify issuesCreate and maintain test cases, scenarios, and defect reportsSupport UAT and post-production validationRequired Skills6+ years of experience in Manual & API TestingStrong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, status codesHands-on experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPIExperience testing high-volume / high-bandwidth systemsKnowledge of networking basics (TCP/IP, latency, bandwidth, throughput)Experience working with monitoring & observability toolsUnderstanding of CI/CD and deployment flowsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsGood to HaveExperience with ISP, Telecom, or Networking platformsExposure to performance testing (JMeter, baseline testing via Postman/Newman)Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)Basic SQL and log analysis skillsExperience working with DevOps / SRE teamsIdeal Candidate ProfileStrong API and backend testing backgroundComfortable working with large-scale, high-speed systemsAble to validate both functional and performance aspectsGood communication with cross-functional technical teams
