This role also partners with the Safety team on equipment LOTO audits and inspections.What You'll DoAssist with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenanceTroubleshoot mechanical issues and support equipment trial runsComplete accurate maintenance documentation and work ordersReport equipment issues and safety concernsSupport LOTO audits and inspectionsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaWork collaboratively to minimize production downtimeRequirementsWhat You'll NeedHigh School Diploma or equivalent2+ years in a manufacturing environmentMechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skillsAbility to read technical and safety documentationBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office; CMMS preferred)Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervisionFlexibility to work overtime, weekends, and off shifts as needed
