Customer Delivery ManagerAs a Program Manager for transformation projects, you will successfully lead complex transformation projects to go live for our clients, predominantly in German speaking countries. You will complement our small, fine team of experienced program managers who, like you, have high standards of customer satisfaction and act as role models for leadership.What you’ll do:Lead and coach the project teams in an agile and customer oriented environmentSupport the sales teams in the proposal process with project and program management best practicesProject and program management reviews with focus on governance and executionEscalation managementDevelopment and optimisation of existing and innovative project and program management toolsCoaching and mentoring to establish consistent project and program management standards and processesWhat you bring:8+ years of professional experience in project and program management in the context of SAPProven expertise and professional experience in program management of SAPGood understanding of the SAP product portfolioExperience with complex project management in an international environmentExcellent presentation skillsTech Mahindra is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
