JSG is hiring a Order Entry Clerk / Customer Service Representative for a TEMP-HIRE position in Orange, CA!PAY RATE: $20 plus depending on experienceMust be able to work every other SaturdayJob Description:The Customer Service Representative is expected to maintain, build, and create strong relationships with our customers. He/she should represent the company in a positive light by helping our customers to the best of her abilities, striving for continuous improvement. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:Must be able to type 50+ WPMAnswer incoming calls in a timely and professional mannerProcess orders and do any necessary follow-up or call-backsHave an up-to-date knowledge on the company’s products and specialsInteract and help outside sales representatives with customer requests/inquiriesMaintain our customer databaseProvide excellent customer service for walk-in customersAssist customers in placing their orders by providing product knowledgeUnderstand and learn company internal processesReceive and resolve customer issues in a professional mannerProcess online quotations and ordersHelp create driver route sheetsComplete all other tasks and responsibilities as assigned#D800** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
