Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: USA, Miami, FL. 1375 NW 129th Avenue, Suite 100, Miami, FL 33182. USA.
Experience:
Three to Five years related experience or equivalent.
Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.
Forklift certified.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
Ensure inventory is properly stored, labeled, and managed according to company standards.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., purchasing, logistics, and customer service) to ensure smooth operational flow.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance productivity.
Implement best practices in warehouse management and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support team members by picking, packing, shipping and transporting incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish task including but not limited to hand dolly, forklift, electric dolly, pallet jack, and/or elevator.
Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.
Ensure that warehouse operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
Participates in quality improvement efforts.
Performs required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Language:
English - Spanish.
