Role

CNC Machine Operator responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, and surface grinders to support production.

Objectives

ensure efficient, accurate manufacturing of medical device components within GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

perform machine setups
handle raw materials
monitor operations
conduct dimensional quality checks using precision tools
document processes
troubleshoot equipment issues
perform routine maintenance
suggest process improvements

Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
proven experience with CNC machinery
knowledge of GMP principles
skilled in measurement tools like micrometers and gage blocks
detail-oriented
problem-solving mindset
able to work independently and collaborate effectively
good communication skills

Preferred

technical training or certification in CNC machining

Work Setup
