Software Engineer - Test Automation (LabVIEW)
Location: Windsor Locks, CT (Onsite)
Job Description:
Software Engineer to support the Test Engineering team, improving test rig software and modernizing aged equipment. Scope includes hardware/software upgrades of test equipment, test automation, gage calibration process improvements, and introduction of Industry 4.0 technologies.
Mandatory Skills:
Software engineering with LabVIEW
Test Rig Software development
Equipment modernization (hardware + software upgrades)
Test automation, gage calibration processes, Industry 4.0 technologies
Preferred Skills:
System integration, automated test systems, production test equipment
Pneumatic systems and test equipment experience
Aerospace/industrial/regulated manufacturing environment experience
National Instruments hardware (DAQ, cDAQ, PXI)
Ignition or similar HMI/SCADA environments
SQL databases and API integration
