Shiseido Americas Distribution Center is hiring! We are looking for people who work safely and with a quality focus, who have a sense of urgency and purpose, and who contribute integrity and a positive attitude.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Lead works closely with the Operations Supervisor to establish, create, implement, and enforce company initiatives and policies while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and quality for our internal and external customers.

What You Will Do

You will act as a liaison between management and team members, representing company values

You will enforce company policies and procedures and provide feedback to the supervisor when inconsistencies are observed

You will meet deadlines and goals set by the department supervisor or manager

You will provide feedback to supervisors on strengths and development needs of team members

You will deliver monthly performance reviews to temporary agency staff

You will lead by example, be approachable, follow through on promises and commitments, and demonstrate consistency between words and actions

You will monitor the break schedules of employees in your section and hold them accountable

You will maintain and enforce company safety and security policies

You will recognize the impact of your decisions on the company, customers, and team members

You will interact with commercial drivers at shipping gates

You will be able to run the department efficiently in the supervisor’s absence

You will have the ability to drive powered industrial equipment (e.g., reach truck, double pallet rider)

Who You Are

Minimum of one year experience as a warehouse worker, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience

Experience using warehouse equipment and RF scanner is preferred

Ability to learn and perform all warehouse processes as needed

Minimum of two years experience in a lead or supervisory role

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Problem‑solving skills

Strong English language, math, reading, and writing skills

Experience with business tools such as PC or laptop, Outlook, Word, Excel, inventory management systems

Transportation experience is a plus

The hourly rate for this position may vary based on geographic location and is based on factors including knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
