Overview
Gnostech is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Operations Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities and Qualifications will include but are not limited to:

Travel
May involve travel approximately 10% of the time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort.
Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
Oversee contractor execution of the task order requirements.
Manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
Collect, analyze, and report on key performance and program/project metrics to support data‑driven decision‑making.
Develop and deliver executive‑level presentations and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with government and contractor teams to ensure consistent program/project delivery and documentation quality.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide direct supervision to program support staff.
Oversee daily workflow, task allocation, and workload balancing across the team.
Ensure team compliance with federal regulations and company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Understanding of Defense Industry and Government contracting.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Knowledge of risk mitigation strategies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
BA/BS degree
10 years of experience in operations management.
Minimum Security Clearance
Current active Secret Clearance
