Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Person is crucial in ensuring that our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This position involves performing general maintenance tasks, repairs, and overseeing the cleanliness of the property to ensure it provides a welcoming environment for clients and staff. Our team is committed to providing trauma-informed, client-centered services that promote lasting recovery.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct routine maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural repairs as needed.Perform regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential maintenance issues.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.Coordinate and oversee any outside contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work.Assist in setting up and breaking down facilities for special events or client programs.Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in optimal working order.Keep records of maintenance and repair activities, including costs and materials used.Ensure all areas of the facility are safe and compliant with local and state regulations.Participate in proactive maintenance programs to improve the functionality and aesthetic of the properties.Safety & ComplianceAdhere to all safety policies and practices in carrying out maintenance activities.Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of hazardous materials.Follow all company policies and regulations related to maintenance and repairs.Team Collaboration & ProfessionalismWork collaboratively with other staff members to foster a supportive work environment.Attend staff meetings and provide input on facility improvements.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
