Unified Restorations is a premier art services company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area.We provide trusted, high-quality support to homeowners and clients recovering from fire, water, and other events.

With a commitment to care, integrity, and professionalism, we specialize in managing textiles, electronics, artwork, and collectibles.

Given our fast rate of growth, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic administration team.

Key Responsibilities

As the central hub of daily operations, the Project Coordinator ensures seamless communication between departments while handling essential business tasks.

You will work closely with leadership across departments to:

Create and maintain job accounts and project records in internal systems

Support financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable

Generate and manage estimates and invoices

Prepare job folders and documents for the onsite logistics team

Greet customers entering our showroom and provide exceptional customer support

Organize incoming and outgoing mail

Provide general administrative support across the company

Assist with marketing coordination and communications as needed

What You Bring

We’re seeking a highly organized and service-oriented individual who is adaptable, resourceful, and a strong communicator. The ideal candidate will have:

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business or fine arts

Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA service-driven mindset and customer-focused approach

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience with Salesforce, iCat, or Xactimate is a strong plus

Ideally a background in restoration services or art/textile/electronics handling

As a Unified Restorations employee you will be expected to:

Work effectively and efficiently in a team environment

Ability to pass apre-employment drug test and background check

Compensation

The pay range is $16 to $20 per hour depending on relevant experience
