Compensation: $35.00–$40.00/hour + Vehicle, Gas, Equipment, Fleet Card, PTO, and OT!

Bright Minds' industry leading security integration client is searching for an experienced Access Control Specialist and Security Service Technician to support existing commercial customers throughout the Indianapolis market, including Data Centers, Hospitals, Banks, and industrial environments.

You will work with a fun and dedicated team focused on delivering excellent service, preventative maintenance, access control troubleshooting, programming, system upgrades, and small project work with next generation access control, video surveillance, intrusion, and related electronic security systems.

Requirements for the Access Control Specialist / Physical Security Technician:

3-5 years of experience servicing, integrating, and programming access control systems

Strong electronic security troubleshooting ability and hands on access control experience with Lenel, Genetec, C Cure, AMAG, or S2

Background diagnosing both equipment and software-related Access Control issues

Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude

Ability to work independently and manage customer-facing service calls

Strong communication and customer service skills

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Ability to travel regularly to local jobsites with minimal overnight travel

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
