Annex in Riverside, CA is seeking a Vendor Management Assistant to support the Bank’s vendor program, coordinate with ISO, RM and stakeholders, and code IT invoices for payment. This is a full-time, on-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule.
The position also tracks budgets and assists the IT Project Manager with project activities, following vendor policies and procedures. Strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills are required along with 2 years of related experience.
