Program Analyst: Quality & Process Improvement

Job Description

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Program Analyst to serve as an operational reviewer for VFMP quality controls. The role focuses on applying qualitative and quantitative techniques to support quality measurement and process improvement.

The position requires analyzing program functions, developing corrective actions with audit staff, and advising management on policy and process changes. Telework and ad hoc remote work options may be available depending on organizational needs.
