Java Full Stack Developer / Lead

Java Full Stack Developer / LeadWe are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer / Lead with 6–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, AWS, and React.js. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development skills along with experience in cloud deployments, API security, production support, troubleshooting, and technical leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, Spring Boot APIs, and batch jobs.Implement API security best practices and address security vulnerabilities and remediation requirements.Develop responsive front-end applications using React.js.Design and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services.Deploy and support applications in AWS cloud environments.Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions.Participate in application monitoring, performance tuning, and production support activities.Design and optimize relational database structures and data access layers.Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow modern DevOps practices.Collaborate with distributed teams across multiple time zones using GitHub, Jira, documentation, and video conferencing.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding, security, and architectural standards.Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior developers.Work closely with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other technical stakeholders.Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.Identify opportunities for improving application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.Required Technical Skills6–8 years of professional software development experience.Strong expertise in Core Java and Advanced Java concepts.Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot.Experience developing Microservices and REST APIs.Experience with Spring Boot APIs and batch processing/jobs.Strong understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, and vulnerability remediation.Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud deployments.Experience with React.js for front-end development.Strong knowledge of database design, SQL, and data modeling.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.Experience troubleshooting complex application and production issues.Strong understanding of distributed systems and enterprise application architecture.Cloud & DevOpsHands-on experience with AWS cloud services.Experience deploying and supporting applications in cloud environments.Knowledge of CI/CD tools and automated deployment processes.Experience with Git/GitHub and source code management.Familiarity with application monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting in cloud environments.Leadership & CollaborationAbility to lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams.Experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred SkillsExperience with AWS architecture and cloud-native application development.Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.Knowledge of automated testing frameworks.Experience with application performance tuning and monitoring.Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
