Job Description

Technical Program Manager (TPM) + APIWe are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong Java, API and integration expertise and proven stakeholder management skills to lead cross-functional technology initiatives and drive successful program delivery.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end delivery of technical programs and projects.Collaborate with business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to define and execute solutions.Drive requirements gathering, planning, risk management, and status reporting.Coordinate API design, integrations, and implementation across teams.Manage stakeholder communication, align priorities, and ensure timely delivery.Track program milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.Required Skills:8+ years of experience in TPM, Project Management, or related roles.Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, API Security, and System Integrations.Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.Preferred:Experience with API management platformsPMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.Key Competencies: API Management • Stakeholder Management • Program Delivery • Agile Execution • Risk Management • Cross-functional Leadership.
