This role is ideal for an engineer who has been through the "production grinder"—someone who knows how to ship features, troubleshoot bugs, ask sharp technical questions, and build software that holds up under real customer usage.You will work across the front end and back end to deliver high-impact product capabilities, improve workflows, support AI-powered features, and help expand a platform built around AI, data, and regulatory workflow. The environment is fast-paced, product-focused, and built for engineers who want ownership, visibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact.ResponsibilitiesBuild clean, maintainable full stack software across front-end and back-end systems.Develop end-to-end product features using technologies such as C#, React, Python, Azure, REST APIs, GitHub, NUnit, LLMs, and related tools.Integrate front-end components with server-side logic to deliver responsive, high-performing user experiences.Deploy and manage applications on Azure with a focus on scalability, reliability, and production readiness.Work with AI, data, and workflow capabilities to support product features that help customers manage regulatory change.Add features, troubleshoot bugs, improve existing systems, and contribute to fast cycles of product iteration.Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to create, update, and roll out AI/ML-powered capabilities.Bring strong production judgment, including the ability to identify what may break, ask critical questions, and build durable solutions.Take ownership in a fast-paced startup environment where speed, quality, and impact all matter.Qualifications 8+ years experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar using C#, React and Python.Experience working with Data Scientists to create, update and roll out ML modelsHands-on experience with Azure platforms. xhyhwjd Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, with a mindset geared towards innovation and ownership.
