Sr. Mendix + Python Developer Position

Job Description

Sr. Mendix + Python Developer Position Location: New York City-NY or Boston-MA (100% Onsite-Hybrid)

Duration: 8-12 Months

Job Description:

Mendix, Python & SQL as primary sources of technology.

Test driven development and source code reviews and change control standards to maintain compliance with policies.

Strong technical ability, excellent communication and collaboration skills including the ability to develop and troubleshoot a diverse range of problems and influence stakeholders to get consensus on key decisions to ensure project deliveries are made under tight deadlines.

Prefer at least 2-5 years of experience in financial services with basic understanding of Bonds, Loans, Mortgage backed securities.

2-3 years of recent experience in Java and SQL.

Prior experience in Mendix low code platform is required.

Rapid Application Developer Mendix certification would be an added plus.

AWS basic knowledge (Cloud9 IDE, EC2, Lambda, Redshift, Aurora, Secret manager)

Familiarity with React UI framework & skills to improve User Experience (UX) would also be an added plus.
