Coakley & Williams Construction (CWC) is hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, financial management, and successful completion of multi-family, life sciences, and other commercial based building projects. Working closely with the Project Superintendent and project team, this position manages safety, quality, schedule, cost, contracts, procurement, client communication, and project closeout. The Project Manager serves as a primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, construction managers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Success in this role requires commercial construction project management experience, strong financial judgment, and the ability to lead project teams through each phase of construction.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements: This position regularly requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above and below shoulder level. The employee may occasionally be required to lift, carry, or move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Work may be performed in office and active construction-site environments. Construction-site work may involve exposure to heavy equipment, moving machinery, dust, noise, hazardous materials, uneven surfaces, and varying weather conditions.
