Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization, is looking for a Tech Core - System / Technical Analyst

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Coupa Administrator to manage, enhance, and support our Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of the Coupa platform, including configuration of forms, approval workflows, custom fields, supplier management, procurement processes, and system integrations. This role requires a self-motivated professional who can work independently, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technology teams.

What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:

Administer, configure, and maintain the Coupa Source-to-Pay platform

Configure and support procurement, sourcing, supplier, contract, invoicing, and expense management processes

Manage system setup, configurations, testing, deployments, and ongoing enhancements

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while ensuring optimal platform performance
