Job Description

The company is targeting $50 billion in annual revenue within the decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth.What you'll do:Driving Excellence: Operate all vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner. Ensure compliance with safety standards through regular vehicle inspections.Order Accuracy: Carefully verify and load orders onto customer and company vehicles, maintaining high accuracy to meet customer satisfaction.Dynamic Yard Support: Engage in loading, unloading, stocking, and organizing merchandise, using equipment such as hand trucks and forklifts. Ensure all materials are secured properly to prevent damage.Documentation and Reporting: Complete all necessary paperwork in alignment with company policies. Report any equipment maintenance or safety issues to your supervisor daily.Incident Reporting: Take immediate action by reporting all yard accidents, no matter how minor, and ensure all necessary information is documented and submitted.Additional Duties: Be ready to take on various additional tasks as needed to support team objectives and enhance operational efficiency.What you'll bring:Education: CDL License – Class AExperience: Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.Skills & Abilities:Proficient in operating hand trucks, forklifts, semi-trailers, and straight trucks.Strong industry experience and knowledge of building materials preferred.Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on customer service.Highly safety-conscious with a proactive approach to workplace safety.Join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering quality and excellence.
