Junior Java Full-stack Developer

We are seeking an early-career engineer to help construct, deploy, and maintain advanced decision-making tools designed to streamline complex supply chain and routing networks. In this role, you will bridge the gap between mathematical optimization and software delivery, turning intricate operational challenges into scalable digital tools across the full product lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities

Build interactive web platforms and data pipelines that optimize route planning, asset allocation, and real-time disruption handling.

Craft high-impact data visualization interfaces to give stakeholders actionable operational insights.

Maintain, test, and enhance existing algorithm-driven software applications.

Partner with cross-functional domain experts and software teams to modernize workflow processes.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of professional software development experience.

Backend & Math: Solid foundational coding skills in Java and Python, paired with exposure to operations research, linear programming, or spatial analytics.

Frontend & Data: Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL database management, and Linux/UNIX environments.

Bonus: Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and complex UI design.

Work Logistics & Perks

Format: 12-month contract based in Midtown Atlanta (Hybrid: 3 days onsite).
