Compensation Risk Analyst: Validation & Programs

Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking a professional to join the Compensation Risk Program to operationalize risk management components of the incentive system. You will validate, back test, and monitor processes for material risk takers, business line incentive plans, and governance across the organization.

You will partner with HR, risk partners, and senior leadership to ensure accurate risk assessment, documentation, training, and communications, while maintaining documentation and SharePoint resources.
