You'll be a key part of creating an inviting store atmosphere and supporting the daily operations that keep our stores running strong.Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service that reflects Soccer Post's core valuesGreet and engage every customer who walks through our doorsUnderstand customer needs and recommend the best products for their gameShowcase and explain merchandise with confidenceAssist with purchases, returns, exchanges, and special ordersMaintain clean and organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areasHelp receive shipments, stock inventory, and track low-inventory itemsSupport team inventory and other store operationsHandle phone inquiries professionallyJump in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothlyWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Retail experience (preferred), customer service mindset (required!)Soccer background — player, coach, or fan (a big plus!)Excellent communication and active listening skillsStrong sales instincts and the ability to anticipate customer needsWillingness to learn product knowledge and POS systemsReliability, professionalism, and a positive team-player attitudeBilingual Spanish/English preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to thrive in a busy environment and assist multiple customers at onceComfortable standing and walking for long periodsAbility to lift up to 40 lbs when neededReady to be part of a growing national team and help shape the future of soccer retail?
