Systems Engineer/ R&D EngineerWe are seeking a Systems Engineer/ R&D Engineer to join one of our leading healthcare clients.Role ExpectationsGather, collaborate on, and translate user needs and system requirements into effective solutions across mobile and cloud-based software systems and workflows.Demonstrate broad knowledge of mobile and/or cloud technologies and understand their impact on the overall systems environment.Support technical discussions related to system-level design, specifications, development, and testing to ensure performance aligns with design requirements.Work on projects and problems of small to moderate scope with general supervision.Collect, analyze, and validate data, leveraging statistical methods to drive process, architectural, and design improvements.Maintain a clear understanding of risk management, Product/Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC), Design Controls, and global medical device regulations.Exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through on commitments.Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Apply systems thinking to solve complex problems and improve overall product and process performance.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a regulated industry (medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similar).Experience with issue and project tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.Knowledge of statistical analysis methods, including Design of Experiments (DOE), A/B testing, and hypothesis testing.Recent graduate with a degree in Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
