Intern - US, Engineering

Support day to day operations Assist team members with routine tasks and ongoing projects to ensure timely and efficient execution of departmental goals.

Identify projects that will improve efficiency both on labor and machine

Review data, create charts and pivot tables to engage to and identify improvements ideas

Conduct research and data gathering Collect, organize, and summarize information from internal and external sources to support decision making and project development.

Present data to Sr. Manufacturing Manager and other Managers to support continuous improvement initiatives

Analyze and interpret basic data Review data sets, identify trends or inconsistencies, and present findings in a clear and structured format.

Prepare reports and presentations Create documentation, summaries, slide decks, and other materials to communicate insights, progress, and recommendations

Collaborate with cross functional teams Work effectively with colleagues across different departments to support shared objectives and gain exposure to multiple business functions.

Education Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or related discipline.

Knowledge/Experience Foundational understanding of concepts related to assigned functional area through academic coursework or projects

Exposure to research, data analysis, or problem solving in a school or work setting

Familiarity with standard business or technical tools used in a professional environment

Experience working on individual or group projects with defined objectives and deadlines

General understanding of professional workplace expectations and practices

Previous internship, part time role, or campus involvement preferred but not required

Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally

Analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw basic conclusions

Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities

The pay range for this position Intern, Engineering is $20.00 -$29.00. However, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a bonus depending on company performance.
