Systems Integration Engineer

Salary: $50,000 - 50,000 per year

Prior exposure to automation platforms, spreadsheets, CRMs, or APIs is helpful, though not required.

We are seeking someone who is eager to develop into broader operations or technology leadership over time.

Responsibilities:

We will have you help build and maintain automations and workflow processes using tools such as Zapier, Make.com, and API connections.

You will support CRM, scheduling, onboarding, and advisor-related workflows.

You will look for operational bottlenecks and suggest ways to improve efficiency through automation.

You will help connect systems across our technology stack, including Outlook, Azure, CRM platforms, Excel, Calendly, and related tools.

You will gather, organize, and validate data from multiple systems.

You will create and maintain internal reporting and assist with dashboard development.

You will document internal systems, procedures, and workflows.

You will support the rollout of new tools and help reinforce cybersecurity and data handling best practices.

You will contribute to improving our infrastructure with the long-term goal of taking on more ownership.
