This individual will oversee engineering analyses, ensure code compliance, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules and budgets, support client engagements, and provide technical leadership throughout all phases of project execution. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers and contributing to engineering standards and best practices. The ideal candidate is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 7-10 years of MEP consulting experience and a strong background in electrical system design for industrial or commercial facilities. They possess expertise in power systems, proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD, strong client-facing communication skills, and a proven ability to lead projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
