Job Description

AI-Powered Technology Integration EngineerThe Integration Platforms team develops technology to support our ever-expanding customer fleet from prototype to production. We are at an inflection point — adopting an AI-first strategy to fundamentally transform how our tools are built, maintained, and scaled. A member of this team will build AI-powered technology that interfaces with our devices and accelerates engineering workflows across the organization, including Vehicle, Optimus, Autopilot and Energy software.You'll work on tools including our centralized AI platform that enables engineers across the organization to contribute to the developer experience, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers that connect these tools to AI-powered workflows. We've built capabilities that let engineers dynamically query the fleet for real-time answers to questions like "show me a random sample of 100 cars currently driving at least 60 MPH with the windows down and the AC on," and systems to live stream data off any vehicle, anytime, anywhere in the world. You will contribute to AI agents that automate the software release cycle, triage driver feedback, and detect fleet anomalies.
