Mobile Notary Public

This role is ideal whether you are just starting your notary journey or you are an experienced signing agent seeking more consistent appointments. We provide the support, training resources, and steady work to help you succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administer oaths and affirmations, witness or attest signatures, take acknowledgments, and certify copies for clients across the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• U.S. citizen, 18 or older.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Notary Public certification and a clean background check.

• Comfortable notarizing loan and real estate documents.

• Excellent communication, integrity, and attention to detail.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High-speed Internet connection, a dependable computer with camera and microphone, a home-office setup, and reliable transportation with a willingness to travel throughout Milwaukee as needed.

PAYMENT:

$75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
