AI / ML Engineer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI/ML Engineer in Doral, FL.Summary:This role will focus on building, deploying, and monitoring AI solutions once data is centralized. The future state of this role is Snowflake-based development, enabling AI products and use cases that leverage the centralized enterprise data platform.Primary Responsibilities: Develop, deploy, and monitor AI solutions primarily within Snowflake, using Cortex and Snowpark capabilities

Ingesting business requirements, translating process flows, and bringing AI use cases into production

Support and monitor the existing AWS ECS container-based AI project that will continue to evolve

Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree in machine learning, AI, computer science, statistics is a plus

5-6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or a closely related software engineering discipline

Demonstrated experience building and deploying production AI or ML systems

Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI platforms

Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks: Snowflake Intelligence, LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI

Experience with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and RAG patterns

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps best practices

Proficiency with Snowflake AI tooling and Cortex capabilities, Amazon Bedrock, AWS SageMaker, and ECS for AI/ML workloads

Strong Python skills including experience with ML libraries and API development

Experience in a corporate or enterprise environment preferred

Ideal Candidate Profile:Candidates may come from a traditional software development background who transitioned into AI or be hyper-specialized in Snowflake and AI development. Strong Snowflake experience is critical.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
