We Ship Express is a growing nationwide warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics company supporting customers in the wine, beer, and spirits industry. As our business continues to expand, we are adding full-time Warehouse Associates to our Napa/American Canyon team.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• Additional hours or occasional weekend work may be required during peak operational periods

What You'll Do

Warehouse Associates support daily warehouse operations by performing a variety of essential tasks to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
• Package, label, stack, and palletize materials
• Assist with box making, palletizing, and cross‑docking activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Reliable team members with strong attendance and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and perform a variety of warehouse tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• One to two years of warehouse experience preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Frequently required to use hands and finger dexterity
• Occasionally required to bend, stoop, kneel, or climb
• Ability to lift, push, or carry items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies
