PPG seeks a Customer Quality Engineer to ensure customer quality requirements are met and to drive root cause analysis across the product lifecycle. You will be the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, guiding containment, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The role is on-site at the Oak Creek, WI facility, reporting to the Quality Assurance Site Manager, with responsibilities spanning cross-functional coordination and adherence to IATF 16949
