Purchasing Analyst/Hybrid

Southern Healthcare Management (SHCM) is seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Purchasing Analyst to join our team in Dunwoody, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, analytical professional who enjoys working cross-functionally, building strong vendor relationships, solving problems, and finding meaningful opportunities to improve purchasing processes and manage costs.

What You'll Do Analyze purchasing activity, spending, and vendor performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Identify and evaluate cost-saving opportunities in collaboration with the Director of Purchasing and Center Leadership.

Support the implementation of approved purchasing and cost containment initiatives.

Monitor cost saving measures and conduct regular follow-up to ensure adherence to established purchasing practices and policies.

Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Assist centers with purchasing questions, vendor issues, and process-related concerns.

Maintain accurate purchasing information across multiple systems.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, finance, or a related field is preferred.

A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field is required.

Work Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Qualifications Bachelor's degree required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

Experience working in Long Term Care, hospital, or medical field preferred.

Pay Range $55,000 - $ 60,000 per year
