Staff Software Engineer

Job Description

Rippling is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for the Scheduling team. You will build scalable backend systems for workforce management, delivering visibility into labor cost, attendance, and forecasting at global scale. You’ll own architecture, partner with product and design, and mentor engineers. This early team member will influence culture and processes as Rippling expands internationally in 2026 and beyond. This role requires 8+ years in backend with Python/Django and frontend familiarity.
