Engineering Manager, Manufacturing SoftwareI'm working with a rapidly growing advanced manufacturing technology company building proprietary software and automation for aerospace, defense, robotics, and other high-performance industries. They're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their computational geometry / manufacturing software team and take ownership of the team's day-to-day direction as the company scales.Looking for:Prior engineering management experience or strong technical leadership with people-management experienceStrong technical foundation and ability to lead a highly capable engineering teamExperience with computational geometry, CAD/CAM, geometric modeling, or 3D geometryBackground in software, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or a related fieldAbility to work cross-functionally across software and manufacturingDetails:Huntington Beach, CA — fully onsite$170K–$220K base + Series A equityU.S. Citizens or Green Card holders onlyNewly created leadership role with significant ownership over team growth and technical directionIf you have experience leading engineering teams while working around software + computational geometry + manufacturing, I'd love to connect.
