Serve as primary point of contact for project owners, leading meetings and providing regular status updates.

Supervise and mentor project team members, including superintendents and subcontractors.

Review construction documents, specifications, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Manage project documentation, permits, inspections, and closeout activities efficiently.

What we would like you to have

BS or MS in Construction Engineering preferred or a BS in Engineering with relevant experience.

3 - 5 years project manager experience preferred.

Experience with estimating and conceptual estimating.

Ability to develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
