Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. This is a 100% outbound prospecting role focused on generating new business, qualifying leads, building a personal pipeline, and scheduling qualified appointments for the Outside Sales team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys cold calling, prospecting, and creating opportunities from the ground up. You will be responsible for sourcing your own leads.

Responsibilities

Complete 175–200 outbound activities per day, including phone calls, emails, direct mail, and social outreach.

Identify and prospect potential business customers across multiple industries, including offices, medical facilities, schools, gyms, restaurants, and more.

Source your own leads and prospects and consistently build and manage your sales pipeline.

Develop and execute cold outreach and lead-nurturing campaigns.

Conduct needs-based conversations to identify qualified prospects and determine their fit for commercial cleaning services.

Schedule 2+ qualified site visits per day for the Outside Sales team.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all prospecting activity, lead status, and follow-up actions.

Use sales intelligence and CRM tools such as ZoomInfo, Spotio, Road Warrior, and similar platforms to identify prospects and manage outreach.

Follow up consistently with prospects and move qualified leads through the sales process.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and messaging.

Continuously prioritize and grow a strong B2B prospect pipeline throughout the Front Range.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, appointment setting, lead generation, or a similar role.

B2B sales or service‑industry experience preferred.

Demonstrated ability to make high-volume outbound calls and generate qualified appointments.

Comfortable with cold calling and proactive prospecting.

Experience using CRM and sales prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, Spotio, Road Warrior, or similar platforms.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Confident and professional phone presence.

Highly organized, self‑motivated, and goal-oriented.

Excellent time management, follow‑up, and prioritization skills.

Experience developing email or outbound sales campaigns is a plus.

Commercial cleaning or facilities services experience is a plus, but not required.
